Tusker Malt Lager readies fans for the concert of the year at the Kool & The Gang Listeners party
As we get closer to what is most likely to be the concert of the year, Tusker Malt Lager gave revelers something to look forward to as they hosted a Kool & The Gang listeners’ party at Liquid Silk.
Powered by Tusker Malt Lager and organized by Talent Africa and Silk Events, Liquid Silk was the place to be as lovers Kool & The Gang music got treated to a blast from the past.
Kool and The gang music played in the air waves as the revelers danced to it and signing along and all saying we can’t wait to watch Kool and The Gang live in Uganda.
Myko Ouma with his Jazz skills coupled with a touch of contemporary world music was one of the performers of the night who never disappointed his fans because he gave them a real performance which left them yarning more from him.
Commenting on the listeners party and the upcoming concert, Tusker Malt Lager Brand Manager, Alex Tusingwire, said; “This has been a great night for the Kool & The Gang fans because we gave them an insight into what to expect at the concert. The Kool & The Gang live in concert will truly live up to its billing. As Tusker Malt Lager, our commitment is to deliver only the finest musical experiences to our consumers.”
Not only did the fans love the music at the Kool and The Gang Listeners Party but they also won themselves tickets for the Kool and the Gang concert slated for November 12th 2016 at Kololo Airstrip Grounds. The band will perform at what will be the biggest disco themed production in Uganda’s history.
Tusker Malt Lager is synonymous with some of the best afro musical acts in Uganda and through Kool & the Gang, consumers can expect a slightly different dimension but all the same a funky musical experience.
Tickets will be sold in the Bronze, Silver and Gold categories. Bronze tickets are available at 150k, Silver Tickets at 250k and Gold VVIP tables are 5 million shillings a table.

Early bird tickets for the Kool & The Gang concert are on sale until October 24th where prices for all tickets categories are 20% of the normal price. Early bird tickets are now on sale online at www.easyticket.co.ug and www.jumia.ug. Tickets are also on sale at the Definition Shop in Acacia Mall, Liquid Silk in Bugolobi and Talent Africa/Yujo Restaurant in Nakasero.
In line with its support for responsible drinking, Tusker Malt Lager will be maintaining a strict ‘over 18 only’ policy for sale of alcohol.
