The Stars Came To Play at the New Year’s Eve Masquerade Ball

For those who attended the NYE Masquerade Ball that took place on December 31st at the Golf Course Hotel it will truly be a night to remember. The event was the perfect option for guests who wanted to bring in 2018 in a stylish VIP experience.

The event featured lavish décor including grand red carpet entrance and poolside party area surrounded by several VIP lounges and exclusive cabana section. The venue was beautifully decorated in an elegant white, gold and black theme.

The evening’s entertainment included energetic performances from the Tabu Flo dancers, Hellen Lukona, Bebe Cool and a reunion of the legendary hip-hop group Klear Kut (Papito, The Mith & Navio).

The event was hosted by Miss Deedan who did an impressive job of hyping up the crowd and ushering in the New Year.

The party featured a strong line up of celebrated Deejay’s including DJ Xzyl, the duo of RPM & BK, Sir Aludah, DJ Chapat, DJ Roja and Slick Stuart.

The Masquerade Ball was star studded with many of Kampala’s top celebrities, socialites, models, corporates and business community in the building.

Some notable guests at the party included comedian Salvado Idringi, actor Roger Mugisha, model Judith Heard, former Miss Uganda Dorah Mwima, former Miss Uganda Sylvia Namutebi Allibhai, musician Chizzo Lubega, rapper Atlas Da African, Arab Money promoter Sue Ochola, Cedric Babu, DJ Karo, Nina Roz and many more.  Many guests made an effort to dress to the nines with elegant masks adding mystery and a fashionable flair to the occasion.

The event was powered by two luxury drink brands, Luc Belaire and superstar rapper Drake’s own Virginia Black Whiskey which are distributed in Uganda by Qway International. The event was promoted and organized by Talent Africa.
