The Milk vendor, Frank Mwesigye, the man who wants to transform Kabula County

Mr. Frank Mwesigye has officially declared that he will be contesting for the Member of Parliament (MP) for Kabula County in Lyantonde District come 2026.

Hon. Frank who calls himself the milk vendor is ready to transform Kabula into an admirable place.

After making it Public and showing his desire to represent Kabula County in Parliament come 2026, Frank has hit the ground running mobilizing for support.

He wants to emphasize and promote education and agriculture as the core sectors to boost development in the constituency.

Mr. Frank also wants to work on health, infrastructure especially roads and creating enough jobs for the youth in the constituency.
