The Late Paul Kafeero Inspired Me Talks Brayze
SOLOMON Muwanvu Piitu aka Brayze Solom is a Ugandan singer based in the diaspora who hails from Bamunanika District.
From a humble background and by both Ugandan parents, Brayze was born on Febrauary 29th 2000.
For his elememntary education, Brayze went to True Life Community School, Embassy Junior School Luteete Kasangati and kATWE pRIMARY sCHOOL (Where he sat his PLE).
Sekamuli Secondary School in 2015/2016 For his S1 and S2, Kasanje High School and St Kalooli Lwanga Luteete fro his S.3 and finally at Progressive Secondary School Luweero were he failed to sit for his UCE examinations in 2018.
”I didn’t sit for my S.4 final examinations because i didnt have the financial support to help me to” he says.
‘I was inspired by the late Paul Kafeero and in the year 2019, i first stepped foot in a professional music recording studio’
Brayze’s first song was titled ‘Kabitandika’ however he plans on releasing a full Album very soon.
‘Currently, am pushing singles and also looking up to a few collaborations with some of the top artists in the country’ he says.
”Mpa Love, Nzalawa are some of my singles am currently pushing and they are available on all music platforms”.
”I would like to collaborate with only artists that are also willing to work with me” he said when asked about the specific artists he would love to work with.
”Its hard to do music in the diaspora. It requires alot of investment and funds however i take some good time and co-operate with the producers.
Another challenge is the dishonesty that’s painted all over our industry which makes it a bit hard to break through but God willingly, we shall make it.
When asked about his achievments so far, Brayze says that he’s yet to achieve anything besides industry friends and stake holders.
