Kampala: All roads will this Friday, 16th October 2026, lead to the Rwenzori Ballroom at Kampala Sheraton Hotel for the inaugural Dignity For Her Fundraising Dinner.
The high-profile dinner is organized by humanitarian and women’s rights activist Ms. Racheal Naijuka aka Tania, the Chief Executive Officer of Tania Reusable Pads.

Renowned Masters of Ceremonies Ms. Deedan Muyira and Mr. Brian Mulondo will take charge of the mic as official hosts of the evening, bringing their vast experience in corporate events to keep guests entertained and energized for the cause.
The Cause: Ending Menstrual Poverty
The dinner aims to raise funds to support Naijuka’s nationwide campaign dubbed “30,000 Girls and Women Per District”, which seeks to provide reusable sanitary pads to 30,000 school-going girls and women in every district across Uganda.

Naijuka launched the campaign to combat menstrual poverty after statistics revealed that 71% of girls in most districts lack access to emergency pads at school, forcing many to miss classes or resort to unsafe materials.
The initiative focuses on providing locally made reusable pads, which she makes herself, with the aim of keeping girls in school and restoring their dignity.
Distinguished Guests and Entertainment
Top comedians Anne Kansiime and Patrick Idringi Salvado will chair the fundraising dinner, while Sisimuka Uganda Chief Strategist Frank Gashumba, former UIA Executive Director Maggie Kigozi, Ministry of Health Permanent Secretary Dr. Diana Atwine, and Hon. Enid Gumisiriza will be among the keynote speakers.
Entertainment will be provided by songstress Lilian Mbabazi, guitar maestro Myko Ouma, comedian Daniel Omara, saxophonist Joseph Sax, and the sensational Mulele Band, who are set to serenade guests throughout the night.
