The State Minister for Relief, Refugees and Disaster Preparedness Hon. Lillian Aber has hailed the talent displayed in Kitgum.
The Minister was speaking after the football match between IGF Schools of Lamwo and Kitgum yesterday.
She said she has no doubt the talent was exhibited.
She appreciated John Paul Kiffasi and IGF team for the great work done so in organizing such a match.
“We enjoyed the match between IGF schools of Lamwo and Kitgum. No doubt, talent was exhibited. Aber junior was the best goalkeeper. Thank you John Paul Kiffasi and IGF team for the great work done so far,” Hon. Lillian Aber said after the Match.
