    Floyd Mayweather claims he is building his TENTH skyscraper and has boasted of $50,000-a-month earnings.

    The boxing legend, who officially retired 50-0 in 2017, has claimed to have made over $1BILLION throughout his prizefighting career.

    And Mayweather revealed his property portfolio is increasing after investing millions into it.

    He told businessman Grant Cardone: “I looked at certain athletes’ careers, and said: ‘I don’t want to end up like that’.

    “So, what I did was put up five million dollars [for investments], getting 50,000 a month, every month on the 18th.

    “I’ve liked the cash flow, for years. I decided to not give them seven figures or eight figures, I gave them nine figures.

    “What I own right now is nine skyscrapers, and I’m building my tenth skyscraper right now.”

    Mayweather also has stakes in the One Vanderbilt, a 93-story skyscraper in the Midtown Manhattan neighbourhood of New York City.

    His right hand man Leonard Ellerbe in 2020 confirmed Mayweather’s ‘goal’ was to match the $1bn he made in boxing, outside the ring.

    As revealed by SunSport, the retired boxer’s businesses include a strip club, fashion line, real estate and music label.

    He also has homes in Las Vegas and Los Angeles, including a $25m mansion in Beverly Hills.

    Mayweather’s lifestyle also includes car collections of over $26.3m, a private plane and several watches, with one costing $21m alone.

    After beating UFC icon Conor McGregor, 33, the American icon hung up the gloves, but not for good.

    He has since returned for two exhibition bouts, the first against Japanese kickboxer Tenshin Nasukawa, 23, which he won in a round.

    Last June, Mayweather faced YouTuber Logan Paul, 26, in an extraordinary spectacle bout, giving away TWO STONE in size.

    Paul managed to take it the full eight-round distance, technically avoiding defeat.

    And Floyd has continued his exhibition bouts with a fight against old sparring partner Don Moore in Abu Dhabi this weekend.

    Floyd Mayweather has given fans an amusing insight into his life, from how many women he dates to how much money is in his bank, during an interview with a puppet.

    In a chat with Diego from the YouTube channel Awkward Puppets, Mayweather revealed he has seven girlfriends and 25 cars in Las Vegas alone, including a red Bugatti and a yellow Ferrari.

    Mayweather also insisted that his money-spinning showdown with Conor McGregor in August was definitely the last time he will enter the boxing ring.

    ‘The last fight that I fought, that was the money fight,’ Mayweather said. ‘For real, because the next fight, they’re going to try and get me to fight an alien on another planet.’

    Mayweather was speaking to Diego in front of his strip club in Las Vegas, called Girl Collection.

    He was asked if he has a girlfriend and replied by revealing that he is not a man who is loyal to only one woman.

    ‘How many women I have? Probably about seven deep,’ Mayweather said. ‘Lucky seven.

    ‘We go out to eat, some of us travel together. Having one is too close to having none.’

    Diego also pressed the money man on his wealth. Mayweather told him he has several bank accounts before being grilled on how much is held in just one of them.

    ‘$200million,$300million, yeah. In different accounts,’ he said.

    Mayweather pocketed an estimated $100million just from taking on McGregor in August. He defeated the Irishman with a 10th-round stoppage to record his 50th career victory.
