    Eddy Kenzo Festival: A night of great performance and production

    The Eddy Kenzo Festival will come into records to join the biggest local events of the year 2022. From Azawi, Winnie Nwagi, B2C, Julianna Kanyomozi and now Eddy Kenzo festival.

    The Festival took place at the Kololo Independence Grounds over the weekend and it is said to have attracted a number of over 30,000 people. By 2pm, there was a long line of people waiting to be checked by security and enter the festival. The set up gave it a festival feel when Fenon events decorated the venue, something that added oomph in the festival.

    Performances started as early as 3pm with up and coming artistes entertaining the crowd and on stage, we saw other artistes like Fresh Kid, Felista, Performances went on until wee hours of Sunday morning after they were granted permission to exceed midnight by the Prime Minister Hon Robinnah Nabbanja.

    Fenon Events was in charge of the whole events production and for the first time in many years, there were two stages at the Eddy Kenzo Festival. One was the main stage and the other was for the VIPs. Fenon events made sure there were very many screens in the venue to enable everyone to catch a clear glimpse of the action on stage.

    Before Eddy Kenzo, top artistes who took to the stage included B2C, Fefe Busi, Fik Fameica, Spice Diana, Gravity Omutujju, Nina Roz, Pia Pounds and Geosteady among others.

    Kenzo then came in at around 10pm to kick off his performance with a live band session. He did all his songs from Yanimba , Dagala, Nice and Lovely all the way to the end when he did his magic song titled Sitya Loss.

    Unlike other shows, Kenzo will not have follow up shows because he did upcountry shows that he refered to as the Road to Eddy Kenzo Festival tour. Kenzo was in places like Kasese, Kyotera, Mbarara, Masaka, Gulu, Arua and Mbale among others.

    Star singer Eddy Kenzo Festival is back on after it was interrupted the COVID–19 pandemic.

    Sources from the singer’s camp have confirmed to us that the festival is slated for November 12th at Kololo Airstrip.

    The forthcoming Eddy Kenzo Festival is getting fired up as more companies show support to the talented singer. 
    Eddy Kenzo will be the first Ugandan singer to host a music festival when he brings together music lovers on 28th March at Kololo Airstrip.
    As part of the festival,  Yuvraj Uganda Limited, a company that deals in importing TVS Motorcycles in today gave Eddy Kenzo 10 motorcycles which will be part of the prizes the singer will give out on that day.
    This adds to the 5 motorcycles offered by Luba Property Management & Consultants offered which will be given to the lucky winners of Luba Property Land Promotion.
    Samona also showed their by support by contributing UGX 15m. Trupai Overseas Agency offered UGX 20M.
    As the day draws close, more companies are expected to show support to ‘Sitya Loss’ singer who paid UGX 30m to use the venue.
    Entrance fee is 10k for kids, 20k for ordinary, 50k VIP and a table at UGX 2.5m.

    Award winning singer Eddy Kenzo has unveiled motorcycles that he will give out during his upcoming festival.

    The Eddy Kenzo Festival 2020 will take place on 28th at Kololo Airstrip.

    During the festival, the ‘Sitya Loss’ singer will give out prizes like Motorcycles, cookers and school fees to his fans.

    The whole day event will see performances from all singers around and surprise international acts. It will also section for kids to play from.

    Entrance fee is 10k for kids, 20k ordinary, 50k VIP and 2.5m for a table and gates will open at 8:00am.

    Award winning singer Eddy Kenzo is set to give back to his fans during his first ever festival.

    Eddy Kenzo Festival 2020 is slated to take on 28th March at Kololo Airstrip.

    During the whole day, The ‘Sitya Loss’ singer said he will give out motorcycles, cookers and school fees.

    “My people have supported me a lot and this is the right time to reward them,” Eddy Kenzo said.

    There will be lots of entertainment from local singers and international acts.

    Also bouncing castles, face painting and many more kids games will be available.

    Entrance fee is 10k for kids, 20k ordinary, 50k VIP and a table 2.5m. Gates open at 8am.
