The Black Wall Street Economic War activist Charles Lambert has described Uganda as a country with individually good people but collectively selfish.
In his new book “In Pursuit of Economic Independence for Africa by Charles N. Lambert”, he said as below;

Uganda is a country of individually good people but collectively selfish. I drove into Uganda from Kenya with my now wife Carol and my brother Lawrence. In less than two weeks, hundreds were flocking to our little office in a dilapidated building. We were not paying anyone any money except our workers so the crowd made no sense. Some forces that be in Uganda got upset at the supposed foreigner now being followed passionately by the natives. So they came and asked for my identity. Turned even a blog post to a fact. Took the entire national media apparatus and told the entire country I was a fraudulent man from Nigeria. That I was defrauding Ugandans. So they took me to prison. Ugandans flocked the prison, visitor upon visitor, a people who never visit anyone in prison. Then they threw me very fast out of the prison and the Ugandans rallied around me again with their individual resources…”, he said.

Charles said as a committed fighter in Africa’s first Economic war, Segun will bring so much to this war. Lambert expressed his happiness at Segun’s decision to join the war.
“We are happy to welcome Segun Arinze as committed fighter in Africa’s first economic war. Segun will bring so much to this war, a moving voice, IQ higher than most African actors, class, pride and influence of huge proportions. Welcome on board my man Shege,” Charles Lambert said.

He added, “Europeans and Asians must be defeated from exploiting our economy”.
The activist of Africa’s first economic war, Mr. Charles N. Lambert has advised People Power’s Robert Kyagulanyi aka Bobi Wine to shine the light where he should and avoid getting involved in activities beyond his level.
Charles Lambert has over time insisted and publicly endorsed President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni as God sent and Africa’s greatest leader who has made Uganda a shining black nation.
Below is Lambert’s full letter to Bobi Wine;
“My dearly beloved brother, Robert Kyagulanyi Ssentamu, my name is Charles N. Lambert and I am a Ugandan based social entrepreneur with proven commitment in Uganda towards job creation, poverty alleviation and increased standard of living for Ugandans and Africans in general. Just like you, I have been fought by all those same forces of darkness which you talk about.

I have suffered consequences of doing good, arrested and detained for no single reason till date, scandalized and brutalized for trying to love my fellow Africans in Uganda yet I know the problem is not with President Museveni, hence I shine the light where I should at corrupt, egocentric, arrogant and high minded heads of agencies and ministries.
I am an admirer of your story, your rise from obscurity, your devotion to your talent and your ambitions and belief in your abilities.
I also share your positions on various societal ills especially youth idleness and gross unemployment. Right in your proud Ghetto-Kamwokya, I single handedly led a movement that built the largest call center in Africa at your back yard creating 5,000 jobs and this wonderful call center was collapsed through constant orchestrated attacks from various government agencies but you never said a word and 5,000 jobs were lost in your backyard Bobi.
I became intricately connected to you from the very minute I invested over 3 billion shillings and countless personal energy and time in your beloved ghetto creating 5,000 first class call center jobs for your people, your community and your kindred.
I am however writing you this open letter as an opportunity to educate all your followers in areas where you might be emotionally misleading people. Bobi, a lot of those words you speak about freedom is such a far cry from the reality on ground in Uganda. Uganda is by far the freest society in all of Africa. There is no place anywhere in the developing world that has the combination of Freedom and Security such as Uganda. It sounds to me that maybe you were born in a wrong era, maybe you should have been born in times of colonial oppression. You crave to fight this oppressor but there is actually none. No one is oppressing Ugandans AT ALL. In fact, if there is anything such as too much freedom, this country is the picture of that. Brother, please shine the light where you should.
You also talk so much about unemployment to the point I begin to wonder if you truly understand how job creation works. The private sector is the number one catalyst for job creation Not the government my dear brother. Lack of jobs simply means lack of production activities by people living in Uganda yet they have power, water, security, road and peace to do anything they want and create jobs. How do we talk about job creation and point all the blames on the wrong person. I am sure you wouldn’t even want to be held responsible for the action of your child in school let alone the inaction of over 40 million people. Brother, please shine the light where you should.
You are a member of parliament; your colleagues are the administrators and custodians of most apparatus of government. Your colleagues are the embezzlers, the corrupt, the looters, the oppressors of the masses YET you have never called them out. You have never set your pressure group to check mate the activities of these your colleagues you see every day but instead you choose to insult, degrade, abuse, and stain the priceless legacy of my hero, my idol, my inspiration, and my father.

Well, while it is obvious to me that you have only decided to take this direction as a way to score political points and buy sympathy, it is something I am NOT willing to tolerate and I am asking you as a brother to kindly tone down the Rhetoric or you will realize that those who are for Museveni, are more lethal than anything you or those encouraging you can muster. The foundation for you to become anything you may wish is respect and without respect, you don’t deserve to ever be the leader of the thousands of youth I myself lead in Uganda and I will surely be sending them to teach your people the value called Respect.
Please brother, shine the light where you should.

Development Channel (DC) boss Charles Lambert has said 2020 is the year of full action.
During the Blackwall Street prayers held at Emerald Hotel in Kampala last night, Charles Lambert declared Uganda Economic Capital of Africa and other developing countries.
During the prayers, Lambert praised President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni for bringing peace and stability in the black state of Uganda.
“We have declared Uganda Economic Capital of Africa. We thank M7 for the great work he is doing, we keep supporting and complete what he started,” Lambert said.
The night was marked with prayers, sermon from Mr. Lambert who emphasized work hard and job creation. He said Development Channel (DC) will not rest until they win economic war. After the prayers and praises, members were served dinner and drinks as they enjoyed the night away.
With the country gearing up to the 2021 general elections, Charles Lambert, Chairman- Development Channel, a Pan-African conglomerate of 25 companies has come out guns blazing!
Lambert has has been a great supporter of the President and shares the ideologies of the NRM as seen from his letter to the President, fostering the legacy of President Y.K.M,the second mustard seed and his fight to liberate Africa from capital hemorrhage.
However, he has warned the NRM bigwigs through a Facebook post saying “If you say you are part of the Resistance and you have no serious agenda to embarrass the rude musician, stay away from your superior”
The African under development has much been attributed to all the wrong factors. Top of this list is that Europe and other developed countries are the reason behind the under development of the African continent.
Walter Rodney’s book on how Europe underdeveloped Africa has only given more emphasis to the very wrong factor which is blaming external influences all the time and never looking at the Africans themselves, their institutions, their character, their sense of patriotism, their dogmatism, their inferiority complex, their pull down syndrome, their cruelty and their self-centered and highly corrupt attitude to fostering development in the continent.
The greatest mirror to the fact that Africa’s underdevelopment is due to the Africans themselves and not any external factors is the case study of African led Development Channel. They have also involved teachers in this economic war because they are the least paid yet most important public servants so giving them a chance to increase their salaries while enlightening the public on the issues of capital flight. They have created Africa’s first child support program which actually has more features than anything available in the Western societies and intends to use part of the economic war and capital flight proceeds to support children for the first time in the history of Africa. Development Channel has also created Africa’s first economic system which provides both individual economic profile and area economic profile helping to have a more pragmatic approach to individual and community economic empowerment as well as uniting the entire African economy for the first time in history.
While tens of people in the UK, US, Canada and other Western countries are pleading daily to invest in Development Channel’s initiative and constantly denied any such opportunities, some in Africa are calling it a scam. Why would any police anywhere in Africa even try to arrest the leaders and staff of such a great company? Why would any government agency freeze their bank accounts? Why would any African media write negative articles without any merit about such a laudable endeavor? Who bewitched us in Africa and made us enemies of our own progress? Why do we blame the “White Man” when we are our own worst devils? May God save us from this satanic and barbaric lifestyle of shooting ourselves in our own foot and may the spirit of wisdom that is most evident in Development Channel and its founder Charles N. Lambert, lead it to the most anticipated liberation of the African continent.
Development Channel (DC)’s Economic War has started to benefit Africans, we can confirm. Latest on our desk has it that starting from yesterday (30th April 2019), DC has paid dividend or monthly support payments for the first time in the history of the movement to its activated beneficiaries.
Development Channel has credited 560 people’s accounts from Uganda, Kenya and a few activated from Nigeria including children with average $30 per account.
Commenting on the developments, DC boss Charles Lambert said he is excited about the achievement.
“We bless God for beginning of ordinary Africans enjoying proceeds from Africa’s First economic war. We will continue our stride until billions of dollars which usually leave the shores of Africa through foreign brands are redirected into the pockets and communities of Africans.
