‘Save River Rwizi’ Marathon is set for April
A marathon aimed at Saving River Rwizi is set to take place on 11th April 2020 in Mbarara.
According to Seith Murari, one of the organisers, water is life and therefore it needs to be protected.
He has called on the entire country to join hands and turn up in big numbers and have fun as they save nature in an event ‘Save River Rwizi Marathon’.
Registration is 20k and start off point is Mbarara Ankore Mall at 7am.
“Brothers and sisters, Relatives and Friends. Fellow Ugandans and earth citizens at large, I humbly and kindly request for your full support and participation in the upcoming event (#SAVERIVERRWIZIMARATHON) that will take place on 11th April 2020 in Mbarara. Water is life and we need it all the time,” Seith posted.
