Rema Namakula & Eddy Kenzo planning to release a mega banger

Once upon a time ex-lovers, Rema and and Eddy Kenzo seem like they might be cooking something in the studio anytime from now. Kenzo revealed that he and his baby mama will be working on a song.

This is after the Uganda National Musicians Federation was asked about the possibility of working with his ex wife. He replied that “it’s possible.”

Fans of either camps are now ecstatic and eagerly waiting for the song after being at loggerheads for a couple of years. It should be noted that the singers were at one point living as a married couple. In their seven years relationship, they gave birth to a baby girl known as Aamal Musuuza.

Kenzo and Rema however officially ended their relationship in 2019 when she got married to her current husband, Dr. Hamza Ssebunya. The aftermath and pre-marriage of Rema and Hamza seemed like a hard time for the Big Talent boss to digest. Fans from both camps started conspiracies of all sorts and engaging in verbal artillery.

Kenzo has though since moved on and is currently married to the State Minister for Energy Hon Phiona Nyamutooro. Tensions also seemed to have eased between the Ssebunya’s and Musuuza’s. They were spotted together with their respective partners in September during Aamal’s birthday.

Rema also left fans melting when she asked the audience at the Kampala Serena Hotel to stop making Kenzo uncomfortable during her performance at Lutalo’s concert. A collaboration between the two will without a doubt be a major hit.
