‘Patriotism in the education sector can create a positive impact’ – Hon. Peter Ogwang

The State Minister for Education in charge of Sports Hon. Peter Ogwang has said patriotism in the education sector has a potential to create a positive ripple effect.

He said this can contribute to social cohesion, ethical behavior, community development and economic growth.

The minister said while addressing students of patriotism club at Ntare School in Mbarara City yesterday.

He advised students to keep an eye on such clubs like patriotism.

“Today, I gave a keynote address to students of patriotism club at Ntare School. Patriotism in the education sector has the potential to create a positive ripple effect, contributing to social cohesion, ethical behaviour, community development, and economic growth,” he tweeted after the address.
