Hon. Mwesigye Frank has advised graduating students of Kampala International University (KIU) that it is essential to remember that obtaining a degree is not the ultimate destination but rather the beginning step on a lifelong path of learning and growth.
He added that in today’s fast-paced and ever-evolving world, the job market demands individuals who are adaptable, innovative, and lifelong learners. He said they must adapt to the current demands of growing innovative world.


Below is his full message to the new graduates.
“Dear Graduating Students of KIU University,
Congratulations on achieving this significant milestone in your academic journey! Your hard work, dedication, and perseverance have brought you to this momentous occasion, and you should be immensely proud of your accomplishments.
As you step forward into the next phase of your lives, it’s essential to remember that obtaining a degree is not the ultimate destination but rather the beginning step on a lifelong path of learning and growth. While your degree has equipped you with a solid foundation of knowledge and skills, it is crucial to recognize that continuous engagement in learning and acquiring new skills is vital for personal and professional development.
In today’s fast-paced and ever-evolving world, the job market demands individuals who are adaptable, innovative, and lifelong learners.
