NWSC delivers its promise to the people of Kampala as the new Katosi Water Plant in full scale operation 

The new Katosi Drinking Water Treatment Plant is now in full scale operation.
This has helped address the water concerns in Kyanja, Kira, Sonde, Mukono, Namugongo, Ntinda, Kisaasi and the surrounding areas among many other service areas in Kampala.
National Water and Sewerage Corporation (NWSC) is working to evacuate more water from the 240million litres per day design capacity water treatment plant.
They are committed to 100% service coverage in the Kampala Metropolitan Service Area.
In the last 10 years,  NWSC has moved from 23 towns of operation and is now in over 273 areas of operation across the country.
Number of people served has gone up from 4.5m to 18m.
From 5073kms of pipe network to 22,000kms pipe network.
From 296,000 customers to now over 874,000 customers
NWSC is committed to continuous improvement and innovation to better service delivery in Uganda.
