Miss Uganda High School Queen 2024 Pageant Launched

Under its Academy of Queens, Miss Uganda has launched their new brand, Miss Uganda High School Pageant.

The Miss Uganda High School pageant is an innovative initiative to empower high school girls by seamlessly blending leadership development, community outreach and academic excellence.

The event is said to take place from 8th January to 27th January 2024 which will be the grand finale at Movit Industrial area. 

According to Miss Uganda, CEO Brenda Nayonjo said that this is not a mere competition but a transformative leadership program geared towards high school students aged between 15 – 18 years of age. 

she also added that the pageant serves as a dynamic platform to instil confidence, essential skills, and a visionary mindset, fostering the emergence of female youth change-makers deeply committed to community betterment.

For the girls who want to join the pageant, one must be a student and she should have a school identification card and carry ten thousand Uganda shilling for registration which kicked off today 22nd December 2023.

The auditions for students will take place on 10th January 2024 followed by boot camp on 15th -26th January and the grand finale will be held on 27th January 2924 at Movit.

The grand finale will see the crowning of Miss Uganda High School Queen, 1st Princess, 2nd Princess, Miss Popularity, Miss Talent, Sports and Fitness Princess, Miss Photogenic and Social Media Princess.

In a commitment to academic excellence, the Miss Uganda High School Queen will be awarded an exceptional prize of three terms of school fees. The First Princess and Second Princess will receive two terms and one term of fees respectively. Miss Popularity will also be given one term of school fees.
