Miss Tourism Rwenzori Crowned

It was a busy night at Rwenzori Region crowned its new beauty queen over the weekend who will represent the region at the national level.

As the day’s events wound up, Bridget Kunihira emerged as the winner. She was crowned the Miss Tourism Rwenzori, as Masika Loreen and Birungi Amelodywere crowned first and second runner respectively.

The contestants were tested on different skills like talent, expression, catwalk, and knowledge about tourism.

“We are proud to have the very first Miss Tourism Queen from the Rwenzori region, the search is being held here and we hope to win during the grand finale in Kampala,” Bismark Amumpaire, the cluster Head of Miss Tourism Rwenzori said.
