Milestone: Tanzanian President Magufuli awards Jose Chameleone for promoting Swahili in the region

In light of his intensive use of the Swahili language, Jose Chameleone will be awarded at the Urithi Festival celebrations on the 1^st of September at Dodoma Jamhuri Stadium.

The legendary Ugandan singer is expected to arrive at Dar Es Salaam on 31^st of August then travel to Dodoma for the celebrations on 1^st of September where he will attend, perform and receive the award. He will head back to Dar Es Salaam on the same day. And leave for Entebbe on 2^nd of September after the awards ceremony with Tanzanian leader John Pombe Magufuli.
