Upcoming Blogger Kibedi Ronald Cox has of recent aimed constant attacks on entrepreneur and socialite Juliet Zawedde calling her all sorts of names and what she does.
But a true analysis of these constant attacks on the person of Juliet Zawedde and her associates are not the real truth but a move by the blogger to gain much needed popularity.

Certain media personalities have a tendency of creating a war with a certain famous person as a way of creating their way up at the person’s expense but it is not sustainable with the current laws.
Cox’s attacks on Juliet Zawedde are not only lies but propaganda, character Assassination, hate speech, defamatory ,black mailing, & Cyber bulling.
Also don’t be surprised to find someone pays Kibedi to falsely attack and bully Juliet Zawedde. There is a lot of enemity in this world going on.
His claims on the business lady do not have any evidence to back them up or sort of proof which the infamous blogger on wrong side of the law.
Juliet Zawedde has accused Kibedi of hate speech and cyber bullying
With the current law of Computer Misuse and with a good lawyer, Juliet Zawedde would cage Kibedi for a year in Luzira.
The law on computer misuse defines offensive communication as the “willful and repeated use of electronic communication to disturb or attempt to disturb the peace, quiet or right of privacy of any person with no purpose of legitimate communication whether or not a conversation ensues.” The offence is punishable by a fine not exceeding USD 130 or imprisonment not exceeding one year, or both.
And with this law in place, Kibedi has learnt nothing and forgotten nothing.
Juliet Zawedde who is the President of Convenient Homecare Services and Transportation in the USA and founder of Juliet Zawedde Foundation has warned Kibedi to desist from these false attacks or else the long arm of the law will take him on.
