Katatumba Reclaims Katatumba Suites From Shumuk

City businessman and Pakistan consul to Uganda Bonney Katatumba on Monday won the case against Mukesh of Shumuk after 6 years for his building Katatumba Suites he sold him but he never fully paid for it.Mukesh and Katatumba have been in court battles for some good years

The Judge Justice Adonyo has ordered Mukesh to pay close to Shs 10 Billion approximately US $4 M plus costs and damages.Katatumba Suites on Colville Street

He has also been ordered to transfer back all the titles he had fraudulently transferred to Katatumba. The Katatumba family was so excited because justice was finally delivered.

WHICH COMES OUT TO OVER 10 BILLION UGX.
