Justine Nameere wants UGX 500m from Faridah Nakazibwe

Television personality and lawyer Justine Nameere has issued a notice of intention to sue to fellow Television personality Faridah Nakazibwe over what she termed as a defamatory article.

Through her lawyers F.X. Ogwado and Co. Advocates, Justine Nameere wants Faridah to do the following;

1. Shs 500m as general damages for the psychological torment and injured reputation that Faridah caused to her when she posted an article titled ENOUGH IS ENOUGH THIS GOES OUT TO YOU JUSTINE NAMEERE on April 1^st on her Facebook page.

2. Make a public apology in bold letters on the same Facebook Wall for all your followers to read, react, share and comment to the satisfaction of our client.

3. Pay the legal expenses incurred by our client so far in the pursuit of this matter and we shall compile a bill of costs with which we shall serve you on the (5^th) fifth day from the date hereof.

Failure by Faridah Nakazibwe to do the above in five days, Justine Nameere will commence with legal proceedings against her for defamation and slander.
