JPAM, Baryamureeba Pick Presidential Nomination Forms

Former Prime Minister Amama Mbabazi has today picked nomination forms from the Electoral Commission headquarters on Jinja Road in Kampala.

Escorted by his wife Jacqueline Mbabazi, Mr Mbabazi is the first aspiring presidential candidate to pick the nomination forms.

He will henceforth embark on the process of collecting signatures of 100 registered voters from two thirds of the 112 districts to endorse his nomination. Professor Venansius Baryamureeba also today picked nomination forms to run for the country’s top job.
