Jimmy Lukwago advocates for unity among NUP leaders as they seek to have new members registered
National Unity Platform (NUP) top leader in Kira Municipality, Mr. Jimmy Lukwago aka Kira Young, has convened with the Municipality leaders and party officials on the party members registration.
This was yesterday in Kireka to deliberate on the upcoming measures for registering new party members in the municipality.
He advocated for unity among the leaders, stating that this would facilitate the work of the committees responsible for carrying out registration activities.
He advised them to do more ground work so as to get new members in the party ahead of 2026 General elections.
Jimmy Lukwago is set to contest again for Kira Municipality Member of Parliament after narrowly losing out in 2021 elections.
