Innovators to be nurtured as the new Innovation Centre sets off
The Ministry of ICT and National Guidance has yesterday released artistic impressions of the Innovations Centre to be constructed in Nakawa. The Ministry of ICT & National Guidance shall work with the UPDF Engineering Brigade as directed by H.E. the President to construct the state-of-the-art National ICT Innovations Center.
The ICT Innovations Center shall have space to host over 300 ICT Innovators; it shall be fully equipped with the latest ICT equipment including computers with high speed internet, test labs and connectivity to high level international programming platforms.
This Project which shall last six months shall commence on the 8th November 2017 with a ground breaking ceremony to be presided over by the Rt. Hon. Prime Minister and shall be attended by all Cabinet Ministers, Permanent Secretaries, and other Senior Government Officials.
