Hon. Lillian Aber donates 60 wheel chairs to disabled children

The State Minister for Relief, Refugees and Disaster Preparedness who also doubles as the District Woman MP for Kitgum Hon. Dr. Lillian Aber has donated 60 wheelchairs to the people of Kitgum.

Many of the beneficiaries are school going children who have been finding it difficult to move to school.

After the donation, Hon. Aber called for more donations from those who could be having.

“Disability is not inability. Many children fail to go to school and access other services, people fail to compete equally for opportunities because of mobility challenges. Last Friday, we donated 60 wheel chairs to our people in Kitgum. Anyone out there with more please do reach out,” Hon. Lillian Aber said.
