Hon. Hellen tells government & other employers to reconsider experience requirement in employment

The Minister of Tourism and Heritage Busoga Kingdom Hon. Hellen Olga Namutamba has called on government and other employers to reconsider the experience requirement while seeking to employ new graduates.

The Minister said while attending Busoga Youth Parliament at Nile Village Hotel in Jinja on Thursday.

“I think the government and other employers should reconsider the experience requirement for newly graduated citizens seeking employment because how else would they gain experience,” Hon. Hellen said.

Additionally, the Minister advised the youth on how to acquire tax exemption from the government.
