“Government is committed to supporting sports infrastructure in the country” – Peter Ogwang

The State Minister for Education in charge of sports Hon. Peter Ogwang has praised the leadership of Kampala Capital City Authority (KCCA) Executive Director Dorothy Kisaka for supporting the operations of the KCCA Club.

He also said government is committed to supporting sports infrastructure across the country.

The Minister said this while commissioning the second phase of the construction of Phillip Omondi Stadium, Lugogo, the home ground for KCCA FC on Friday.

“I thank KCCA leadership led by the Executive Director, Dorothy Kisaka for supporting the operations of the club. I reiterate Government’s commitment to develop sports infrastructure in the country. As an ardent fan of KCCA FC, we now demand for better results on the field,” Hon. Peter Ogwang said.
