The Minister of Gender, Labour and Social Development and Kibale East MP Hon. Frank Tumwebaze has expressed over daily gatherings at Office of the Prime Minister. He said people gathering at OPM building to deliver donations and journalists covering the ceremonies are threatening in the wake of COVID-19 pandemic. He advised that a bigger place like Kololo needs to be used.
“The numbers of people gathering at OPM building to deliver donations and journalists covering the ceremonies are threatening. Crowds are forming and it’s worrying. A bigger place like Kololo airstrip could be looked at to guarantee social distance protocols,” Hon. Frank Tumwebaze said.
