

Frank Tumwebaze, Kule assess secondary schools in Kibale
The Minister for ICT and National Guidance Hon. Frank K Tumwebaze who also doubles as the MP for Kibale County in Kamwenge district has continued to show his capacity to developing his constituency.

This was after he took Mr Kule, the Commissioner Secondary Education from the Ministry of Education (MOE) to assess the needs of his constituency secondary schools. The assessment took place on Friday and it started with Bwizi SSS then to Rwamwanja SSS and Bihanga SSS. The aim of the visit was to access the state of the schools for better planning in developing them into top schools.
Meanwhile the Minister was relived to see rains falling yesterday. Frank said his cows were starving due to dry season and was happy to see heavy downpour over the weekend at his farm in Kamwenge.

“We thank God for the heavy down pour today we had got at the farm. The pastures are beginning to flourish. Our herds were starving,” Frank posted.
