Frank Tumwebaze heaps praises on EALA Speaker Dan Kidega

The Minister of ICT and National Guidance, Hon. Frank Tumwebaze has heaped praises on the East Africa Legislative Assembly (EALA) Speaker, Rt Hon. Dan Kidega for the great work he is doing at Arusha Tanzania based East Africa Parliament.
