‘Exercise excellent customer care skills while serving our people’ – NWSC Boss
National Water and Sewerage Corporation (NWSC) Managing Director, Eng Silver Mugisha has urged the NWSC team to exercise excellent customer care skills while serving people. The MD further promised customers that a number of projects are ongoing to stabilize supply in the city.
Mr Mugisha made the remarks yesterday during a brainstorming session with Kampala Water Team.
The MD together the Deputy managing director Technical Services Eng Amayo Johnson, Director Engineering services Eng Alex Gisagara, the General manager Kampala water Eng Andrew Sekayizzi and the senior manager operations central region Eng Okaranon Edmond had an early morning brainstorming session with Kampala water technical team, branch engineers and the network team on how best they can serve customers. The ongoing refurbishment of Ggaba water works to add 50millin litres of water to Kampala service area.
The new Kanyanya water system to stabilize supply along Gayaza Road
The new 600,000 litre reservoir on top of Lugoba Hill to stabilize supply in Kazo, Jinja Karoli, Kawempe, Nabweru among many other ongoing water stabilization projects to improve access to safe and clean water in Kampala.
