Diaz Drake Oweyesigire set to contest for LC5 Councillor Bubare Sub County

As 2021 elections draw closer, many people who want to contest have expressed their interests and announced them officially.

Latest on our desk has it that Mr. Diaz Drake Oweyesigire Bucherahe has officially announced his intentions to contest for LC5 Councilorship for Bubare Sub County in Kabale District. Drake is contesting on the NRM ticket.

Drake said time is now for him to serve the people of Bubare and spearhead service delivery in the sub county.

Through his NGO Exodus Psychosocial Support Uganda, Mr. Oweyesigire has done a lot by giving education to the orphans and needy children in both Rubanda and Kabale districts.

He has built some homes to the needy children in Kabale district and helped the disabled through his organization that he started 7 Years ago.

Mr. Diaz Drake is one of the finest tour guides in Uganda and is the secretary for mobilization of Uganda Safaris Guides Association (USAGA) in western Uganda.

He is also the current secretary for publicity NRM business league Rubanda district.

Oweyesigire who also doubles as the Director Home to Gorilla Safaris Uganda Ltd said he wants to create togetherness once he is elected.
