Ruhinda North County MP and Deputy Speaker of Parliament Rt. Hon. Thomas Tayebwa has used Eid Mubarak Day to officially open Rwemiyaga Mosque in Ruhinda, Mitooma District.
The Deputy Speaker said he was delighted to join in Muslim brothers and sisters from his constituency Ruhinda to celebrate the festivities.
“On this Eid Al-Fitr day, I am delighted to have joined my Muslim brothers and sisters in Ruhinda North to officially open Rwemiyaga Juma Mosque in Rutookye Town Council. They gave me gifts and hosted me to a sumptuous meal. I want to thank Salam Foundation for joining me in making Eid memorable for my constituents. Eid Mubarak,” Rt Hon. Thomas Tayebwa said.
