Every Friday at Club House and Saturday during the Top 20 Countdown, you can catch Deejay Bugy spinning the latest beats on Next Radio. He has graced some of the most renowned stages in the region, including Jameson & Friends, Blankets & Wine, and Nyege Nyege. Moreover, he’s been the life of the party at Kampala’s nightspots like Guvnor, Kush Lounge, Vault, Shisha Nyama, and many more.

The Evolution: Introducing “THE BUGY SHOW”

For the past three years, Deejay Bugy has hosted an event, “The Fresh Experience,” which served as a platform to showcase budding talents in the DJ and music artist scenes. This event, held at venues such as The Yard, Lazio, and Exo Lounge, brought together 200 to 300 enthusiastic revelers. The lineup included rising stars like Denesi, Kohen Jaycee, Shawn Maine, and DJs Kuzzi, Lonewalker, Dkay, Soundtrack, and Kaks.

Given the remarkable growth of the Deejay Bugy brand, along with his substantial following among campus students and middle-class youths, the management decided to rebrand the event as “THE BUGY SHOW.”

“The BUGY SHOW” Unveiled

“THE BUGY SHOW,” took at the upscale Kush Lounge in Kololo on October 21, 2023. The DJ lineup included Alza, Mackus, Khurk, and Kuzzi, who ensured an unforgettable night of music and entertainment. The event featured energetic MCs, that included Diziz, Viana Indi, Jokwiz, and Hypeman Paul, who kept the crowd engaged and entertained throughout the night.

To add to the excitement, the event also showcased incredible artists, with performances from Kohen Jaycee and Denesi.
