COVID 19 UG UPDATE: Uganda registers 15 new cases with 5 from communities

The Ministry of Health has today, 21 May, 2020, confirmed 15 new COVID-19 cases. The total confirmed cases are now 160.

10 new cases are truck drivers who arrived via Elegu while 5 cases are among community samples.

All community cases were under quarantine at the time of test

21 positive foreign truck drivers handed over to their country of origin
