Con men netted at President’s office

Three city con men were today evening netted at the office of the president in Kampala. The three, one of them an army officer were arrested by members of Ministry of Security which is also housed at President’s office located between KCCA offices and Parliament.

The arrested are Okuruti David, Habimana and John Mery.

By Press time, the three were still being interrogated outside president’s office as they waited to take them to cells.
