Charles Oundo Mukaga, the Minister Counsellor in China at the Embassy of Uganda formerly husband Barbra Nekesa is set to marry a curvy munyankore who we are yet to identify by the name.
After his divorce with Barbra Nekesa, Uganda’s Ambassador to South Africa who was snatched by an NRM tycoon, Mukaga is set to move on from the hurting divorce.
