Ruhinda South Constituency in Mitooma District MP aspirant, Didas Byaruhanga Kaginda has picked nomination forms for NRM primaries.
Excited Kaginda said he is an advocate of moral and innovative leaders. He called on the people of Ruhinda South to vote for him in 2021 as he vies to develop the area.
