The distribution of masks was launched today by the 1st Deputy Prime Minister, Gen. Moses Ali. The masks are aimed at limiting spread of COVID-19 caused by Coronavirus.
A total of 750,000 face masks will be distributed to communities in the border districts of; Adjumani, Amuru, Kyotera and Rakai.
Over 30M masks will be distributed countrywide and every individual from 6 years and above is supposed to wear face mask while in public.
