The UPDF’s most interesting and no nonsense officer Brig Gen. Kasirye Ggwanga has passed on today morning.
He died from Nakasero Hospital Kampala where he has been since last month.
The retired soldier was rushed to the facility on May 27, after developing a complication, while at the hospital he slipped into comma after undergoing a brain surgery.
The hospital told the General’s family that he had blood clot in the brain and one of the veins were operated on.
