3 COVID-19 patients test negative, discharged

The Minister of Health Hon. Dr. Jane Ruth Aceng has confirmed that three patients have recovered from COVID-19 after testing negative.

The three were treated at Entebbe Grade B hospital.

The minister appreciated H.E Yoweri Kaguta Museveni for the 33 concrete and precise directives that he has given to the country to curb the spread of the deadly disease caused by Coronavirus.

“3 patients who were positive for COVID-19 have been discharged today from Entebbe Grade B Hospital at an event presided over by the Prime Minister, Rt. Hon. Ruhakana Rugunda. I appreciate H E Yoweri Kaguta Museveni for the 33 concrete and precise directives that he has given to the country and Rt. Hon. Rugunda, the chair of the National Task Force,” Hon. Jane Ruth Aceng said.

The total cases of COVID-19 in Uganda is now at 50.
