4 more Ugandans test positive for COVID-19

The Ministry of Health has confirmed that 4 more Ugandans have tested positive for Coronavirus (COVID-19).

According to Ministry of Health PS Dr. Diana Atwine, Out of 197 samples run yesterday, 4 tested positive for COVID-19. This brings the total COVID-19 confirmed cases to 18 in Uganda.

The 4 new confirmed cases presented with symptoms similar to COVID-19 while in quarantine and now evacuated to Mulago National Specialized Hospital.

The 197 people were mostly returnees from Dubai.
