The Office of the Prime Minister has directed the Uganda Communications Commission (UCC) to extend Sim Card registration and verification exercise to May 19th to give time most Ugandans who have not picked their national Identifications to do and verify their phones.
The Directive was made by Prime Minister Dr.Ruhakana Rugunda this afternoon after a meeting with stake holders on the matter.
