Latest sad news reaching our desk has it that businessman and diplomat, Bonney Katatumba has passed on. Katatumba who has been Pakistan consul to Uganda has passed on this morning at International Hospital Kampala.
A family member who didn’t go into details because he was still in a state of shock confirmed to us that Hotel Diplomate owner has breather his last. Family confirmed to us that he succumbed to pneumonia and asthma after unsuccessful operation. The family is yet to release an official statement about his death. Family sources say the statement will be released shortly. He was singer Angella Katatumba’s dad and hails from Mbarara. May his soul RIP.
