Minister Kibuule couldn’t keep his eyes off singer Desire Luzinda’s butt
During her performance at Victoria Hall, Kampala Serena Hotel on Friday during her Black and White Affair concert, the minister was left with a ‘broken’ neck as if as if he was suffering from meningitis malaria.
This was after he forced his neck to follow the singer’s butt direction as she performed towards her close friend and former Kampala mayor Nasser Ntege Sebaggala. He looked at her butt as if all his life depended on it and one would easily tell the reason why Kibuule came to the concert was the singer’s butt.
The minister left the concert nursing a ‘broken’ neck because the angle he turned it at to see the butt was a dangerous one. Surely, his Shs1m he paid for the singer’s music CD was not to put to waste!
