It was a cheerful evening on Friday at International University of East Africa (IUEA) as over 30 students auditioned for Mr and Miss IUEA slated for the 7th October 2016.
Students from different nationalities auditioned and vowed to take the crown. Eritrean sexy model Rahel Mengs said she has always had a dream of becoming a beauty pageant.
The 19-year student of Bachelors of Business Administration (BBA) is seen as among the favourites to take the crown among the over 30 students.
“I have always wanted to become a model and this is the time, if I win I want to promote culture and students’ welfare. I call upon my fellow students to support me,” Rahel Mengs said.
To stand a chance to win this year, you should have the following; Cultural Wear, Casual Wear, Swim Wear, Creative Wear, Official Wear, Dinner Wear, A Talent to Show Case and General Knowledge to answer the Judges questions.
The grand finale is slated for 7th October when the university will be celebrating its 5th anniversary. Lots of fun and entertainment from different singers including Bobi Wine is expected on that day.
