Christ Heart Church members, the mother of Phaneroo fellowship, discharged patients in Mulago last Thursday and in 24 hours; all children that were laid hands on were discharged.
This operation known as operation discharge is headed by Bishop Isaiah Mbuga, the head of Christ Heart Ministries.
