For Mbale City, the arrival of Ms Rita Namuwenge popularly known as Mama Myoga in the race for Mbale City Woman MP seat has raised new dawn and a ray of hope for the Eastern Uganda City.
She is seen as the suitable leader who will restore Mbale’s lost glory.
Ms Rita Namuwenge being an entrepreneur she is, wants to attract investors to Mbale City thereby creating employment for the population in the city after establishment of industries.
She wants to use her emyoga experience to improve household income in the area.
Hon. Rita wants to see improved service delivery in the city especially in areas of health, education, transport and business.
There is hope that if she is given the mandate, Mbale City will have transparent and effective administration that is accountable to all people.
