Juliana Mercedez is slowly becoming a top radio personality in town, we can confirm.
From days at Radio City to Capital FM, Juliana has now been elevated to the post of the manager.
She is now the Station Manager for Radio 4 103.3 FM in Ntinda.
The radio station is owned by Events Promoter Balaam Barugahara.
