The Honorary Consul of Vietnam in Uganda and Proprietor of King Ceasor University Kampala H.E King Ceasor Augustus Mulenga has praised the government of NRM for liberalising Education system.
Speaking at the graduation ceremony of Freanor Akora who graduated last week with a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Uganda Christian University (UCU) Mukono at Skyz Hotel Naguru, H.E Ceasor said all students from across the country have easy access to university education because the universities are all over.
“Before we only had Makerere University but look at how they are spread all over the country today. We appreciate the government for allowing such. Now students in Karamoja or Kisoro can easily be enrolled to university because of such,” he said.
He congratulated Akora for making herself, parents, family and friends proud.
As a token of appreciation, King Ceasor offered Akora any scholarship to do masters along with her friends at King Ceasor University Bunga off Ggaba Road Kampala.
He also called on the guests to always praise God and appreciate whatever he has done for them.
“We do not own anything, all the things we have belong to God so always praise and give thanks to him,” he said.
