Hon. Hajjat Hanifah Karadi, the Presidential Initiatives Mobilizer and Commander of Nkuyege Think Tank has commended the people of Kawempe and Uganda for their support for the NRM and President Yoweri Museveni.

She said Uganda is experiencing rapid development through infrastructure, industrialization and youth skilling, but noted that corruption remains a major obstacle preventing ordinary citizens from benefiting.

She added that Ugandans expected the President’s new term to focus on a total war against corruption, and that ongoing actions against corrupt officials demonstrate that commitment.

In what will be remembered as a revolutionary and defining speech, Hon. Hajjat Hanifah Karadi, the Presidential Initiatives Mobilizer and our Commander of the Nkuyege Think Tank, stood tall and spoke the language of the ordinary Ugandan.

Speaking with unmatched passion and clarity, the Commander thanked the resilient people of Kawempe and the entire nation for their unwavering belief in the NRM and the visionary leadership of H.E. President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni.

She did not speak as a politician seeking applause. She spoke as a mother, a mobilizer, and a prophet of the people.

Hajjat Hanifah Karadi

Hon. Karadi noted that Uganda is now moving at a high speed of development. Roads are being built, factories are rising, the economy is transforming, and the skilling revolution is empowering the youth. The NRM government has delivered.

But she raised the painful truth that many leaders fear to say: Corruption is the roadblock that stops the local person from touching the benefits of this development. Corruption is the thief that steals what President Museveni has brought for the common person in Kawempe, and in every corner of Uganda.

As the nation was eagerly waiting for the inauguration of President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni, Hon. Hajjat Hanifah Karadi made a prophetic declaration. She said the people expected the President to make this term a term of total war against corruption – and indeed, the President is fighting corruption.

She acted as a prophet. And her prophecy is coming to pass.

Today, we are seeing the President take bold, unprecedented action against the corrupt. The corrupt are being arrested, the corrupt are being exposed, and the money of Ugandans is being recovered. This is exactly what our Commander predicted.

Hon. Hajjat Hanifah Karadi is not just a mobilizer; she is a commander with a vision. Under her leadership, the Nkuyege Think Tank has become the intellectual engine that connects the President’s vision to the ghetto youth, to the mothers in the market, and to the boda boda rider who believes in the NRM.

She understands that the struggle is no longer about getting power – we have power. The struggle is about ensuring that power serves the people.

Kawempe listened. Uganda listened. And history will remember that on that day, a woman leader rose and spoke truth to power, for the sake of the people.

Long Live NRM! Long Live President Museveni! Long Live Hon. Hajjat Hanifah Karadi, our Commander!Nkuyege!
